Each signature is captured with the exact form version, timestamp, and required acknowledgments, stored on the member's account with a copy emailed to them. When you update a form's wording, prior signatures are invalidated and members re-sign — the re-consent flow regulators expect. State-specific rules (like minor restrictions) are configurable per location.
